I work with executives of the largest companies in the German market across all industries, helping them design and implement the digital transformation of their business. My current focus is in the areas of cloud, security, applications for the Internet of Things, applications for the health care sector, as well as modern telecommunication technology such as SD-WAN. I am Corporate Speaker for IoT, Cloud and Retail, and have built the T-Systems Center of Excellence Retail, focusing on topics such as digital customer journey and technologies for the smart store, incl. intelligent shelves, IoT, SD-WAN.

Instead of NPS, I strive for CIS (Customer Improvement Score). Continuous improvement for our customers is at the center of everything I do.
