A design leader with over 25 years experience across UX, design, climate science, information architecture, and systems thinking. Focuses on bringing old industries into the next decade. Best known for translating the complexities of a system into plain language.

Some things that I've been exploring in the last year:
- Climate science. How can designers contribute to working on reversing these massive trends?
- AI. What is the correct path forward for designers?
- Quantum computing. Brushing up on what this means coming up for applications.

- Jet engines. Learned and led design of jet engine maintenance, guiding GE Aviation's team of leaders to work more cohesively. Facilitated ~20 workshops with clients on topics such as jet engine removal, supply chain issues, predicting when issues would need to go offwing, and much more. (GE Digital)
- Personal banking. Led a rethink of what the experience of having a bank account is like.
