My focus is to produce quality business outcomes and user experiences through technology. I’d cite my ability to grasp problems and communicate solutions in simple language as my main strength. My career has included solution architecture, technology transformation, delivery leadership, digital strategy, business development, full-stack development and user experience. I joined Merkle in 2019 to establish and grow the Experience Platforms practice within the UK. I am increasingly engaged with clients looking to transform their overall Customer Experience Marketing (CxM) capabilities. We bring data, content, commerce and transformation together in order to do provide the best outcomes for our clients.
