During that time I’ve gained extensive knowledge of email standards and best practices, deliverability monitoring, and consultation methodologies. I have presented to hundreds of marketers and technical professionals in addition to creating dozens of blog posts, webinars, and client resources pertaining to email delivery. I also value industry collaboration and participation, taking part in various email-centric organizations.
Outside the email deliverability sphere, I have over a decade’s experience in customer service, including technical support and client services roles. I have built a support team from the ground up and know the demands inherent with team building and management.
