As the Chief Operating Officer of Impartner, my primary focus is to ensure that Impartner's customers derive the maximum value from our channel management solutions, sales operations, and acquisition integration.

Prior to my journey with Impartner, I had the opportunity to be a part of the EMC family, where I held various executive positions in sales, customer service, and analytics. My most recent role at EMC was Senior Director of Customer Service Support Analytics and Global Director of Customer Service for EMC's multi-billion-dollar backup and recovery division.

Before venturing into the technology sector, I gained invaluable experience in leadership positions within the management consulting industry while working at A.T. Kearney.

I am a proud alumnus of the University of Utah, where I earned my bachelor's degree and continued my academic pursuits at the University of Chicago, specifically at the Booth School of Business, where I completed my master’s degree.

My professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence, a passion for customer success, and a dedication to driving operational efficiency.
