I help companies grow smarter as a Partner in Kvadrant Consulting, typically in complex industries within B2B, Medtech, Software and more. In my recent past I was a global marketing & digital leader at Jabra, so I know both sides of the table very well.
I also speak and write on the topics I'm passionate about, including three published books; The Lead Engine, Campfire Launch & Digital Strategy.
Digital. Business. Marketing. These are the things I care about:
DIGITAL. I started my career in digital, from learning to create websites and coding on my own, to consulting in the agency world, to the business ownership of digital platforms in the global company. My strength being able to both go "hands-on" with UX/analytics/content as well as being strategic. The latter part is so close to my heart that I wrote a book on "Digital Strategy", published by Libris.
BUSINESS. I pride myself in having a very wide business interest across a lot of topics. I have a particular love for B2B, the complexity inherent in the value chains, go-to-market, messaging and buying groups.
MARKETING. In the end, marketing = selling – just doing it one to many instead of one to one. My heart lies in combining the strategic aspects of marketing with operational revenue marketing and a focus on creating pull and demand with end customers. Marketing fascinates me because it's so incredibly powerful, yet so incredibly easy to get wrong or overcomplicate. In 2022 I wrote the book "Lead Engine", a handbook on getting lead generation and sales+marketing collaboration right.
My values in ways of working are:
· Business focused – ends over means. We're not in it to win awards or to play around.
· Value in-depth experience – zero fluff and new age media blah-blah. There's enough bullshit in our industry as is.
· Strategic and analytical – always questioning and always arguing from data.
· Get shit done – challenge the way we work to increase productivity and happiness.
· Entreprenurial mindset – avoid getting bogged down into corporate overhead.
· Honesty and transparency – unfortunately there is often a lack of both in my industry, and I do my best to be as transparent and straightforward as possible.
