I'm a leading expert on “future of work,” leadership advisor, speaker, and bestselling author. I work with executive teams on flexibility, productivity and technology adoption. I'm also an advisor and investor in startups focused at the intersection of future of work and technology.

Having spent 25 years as startup CEO and operating executive at companies like Google and Slack, I co-founded Future Forum in 2020, a think-tank that enables leaders to redesign work through data and dialog. Future Forum combined research with best practices & playbooks gathered through our work with a range of companies that have leveraged flexibility to build more productive, connected and inclusive organizations -- and better business outcomes.
