Brooke Lamberti is a writer, artist, and creative who enjoys the general exploration of life. Leaving no stone unturned, she’s traveled and won awards nationally with her artwork and writing, pursuing novel writing, poetry, and a commission-based art business at a young age.
Writing since she was a child, she finished her first unpublished novel at 16 before graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at 19. She worked in the social work field for three years, primarily focusing on domestic and sexual violence advocacy and the feminist philosophy. Brooke currently works as an SEO Director, Copywriter, and Content Writer for RiZen Metrics, a digital marketing company.
Ophelia & Scout, founded in 2022, draws inspiration and purpose from experience, history, learning, psychology, and philosophy. The website aims to create social change through language as a blog and portfolio for Brooke. Long-term goals include the introduction of a physical newspaper, thought leadership, freelance work, and a podcast.
In her spare time, Brooke enjoys going in nature, hiking, traveling, taking long drives, reading, watching movies (hint: The Great Gatsby is her favorite), cooking, photography, people-watching, and of course- writing. She’s also fond of her two cats, unironically, Ophelia and Scout.
