I work with values driven organizations to develop self sufficient, high performing teams that are happier at work and confident in their roles. As a certified Project Management Professional, experienced manager, and practicing coach, I meet teams and organizations where they are - focusing on the unique [often messy] realities of the individual organization to create real transformation. In other words, if your professional development dollars haven’t changed anything - I roll up my sleeves and bridge that gap.

More about me:

Brooke Monaghan has been managing people, processes and projects for over a decade. With a degree in entrepreneurial management from the University of Rhode Island, she began her career achieving unheard of results in retail by focusing on leadership development, trust building, and process improvement. It was this early experience in a resource constrained, high stress environment that taught her the importance of grit and out-of-the-box thinking to create real transformation.

In 2018 she left her management role to find more meaningful, values-aligned work and transitioned into the nonprofit sector. There, she helped develop the project management office for a rapidly growing, harm reduction focused health care facility. In awe of their impact on individuals, she became hooked on equipping change makers with the tools to execute on their most impactful, urgent work.

A credentialed Project Management Professional and practicing coach, Brooke balances her uncanny knack for simplifying complex problems with her knowledge of industry best practices and a truly supportive relationship with everyone she works with.

She believes that organizations have a unique opportunity to create change, not just for the people they serve, but also for their employees - and that the power of any organization to create sustainable impact is dependent on their commitment to creating a supportive, trusting, values-aligned culture.
