I love training and developing new talent.

Outside of work, I'm a keen sportsman. I play Cricket and Golf regularly, whilst I follow Football & Rugby religiously, just to name a few. I love my travelling - I lived in Sydney for 7 months to further my professional career, as well as my cricket.

I'm at my best when helping and motivating others, be that colleagues, teams or friends. Professionally, I enjoy leading a team and helping them achieve high targets.
