While the pandemic has helped to propel certain industries, defensive industries such as ours have been severely impaired by restrictions on gatherings. Despite adversity, my guiding philosophy is that service providers such as ourselves should go above and beyond our call of duty to be of even greater service to our customers. After all, if we cannot serve the needs of our customers during times of crisis, what more after?
