Candice has a B.B.A. in Music Business from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and over 12 years of experience in events, business operations, and project management. Her extensive event management background includes planning, implementing and producing both in-person and virtual events; specific to conferences & trade shows, artist showcases and private events. One of the biggest achievements in her early career working in the music industry was securing major sponsors such as The Beach Boys, Barclays Center, Lincoln and other major music and sports venues across North America.

In her previous role, she built and managed Virtual Programs at Innovatis Group, a full-service association and customer engagement agency located in Nashville, TN. Her primary focus was driving year-round value for members and partners through unique and creative virtual strategies and offerings. She was responsible for building out a virtual event & webcast program that served many clients and gained tremendous success.

In her current role at vFairs, she oversees event programming and creative services, ensuring customer’s are achieving continued success and positive outcomes with each virtual, hybrid and in-person event. Her main focus and passion is to establish lifetime trusted partnerships through providing creative opportunities and informative event programming that pushes the envelope. She is also the host for the EpicEvents podcast, where she sits down with event professionals across the world to discuss event tech and event industry trends.
