My passion for teaching has brought me to corporate sales training and certification. My mission is to enable the success of others through creative and engaging learning and practice.
Most recently, I have managed complex projects with many resources and large budgets. Usually these projects were long-term and represented a life cycle of design, development and maintenance in response to the learning audience needs. My focus has always been student-centered learning (now often referred to as participant-centered learning), games in learning and social learning. Designing and developing innovative and engaging elearning is what energizes me the most!
In the past year, my focus has been on performance-based sales certification, establishing a competency model for many roles and developing the courses and exams to support it. For the past almost 6 years, I have built the sales training and enablement program for sellers of a cloud-based SaaS solutions. Looking forward, I am focused on building sales training and enablement programs end-to-end.
