As a Customer Success Manager at mmhmm, I leverage my theatre and tech expertise to create engaging and interactive presentations for various audiences and platforms. I work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and design customized solutions that enhance their communication and storytelling skills. I also support the onboarding and training of new users, and provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams.

I have a strong background in theatre, both as a performer and a teacher. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre from Elon University, and a Master of Arts degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Roosevelt University. I taught theatre at Providence Day School for eight years, where I developed and implemented a comprehensive curriculum that fostered creativity, collaboration, and confidence among students. I am passionate about combining theatre and technology to create innovative and immersive experiences that connect and inspire people.
