I'm passionate about the digital transformation that companies are currently facing. I enjoy working with teams who need to face this transformation challenge, both on innovation/technical side as well as moving to an agile mindset.

Agility has been at the heart of my inspirations as a leader for more than 10 years. I manage large and multicultural engineering teams. To reach this goal, we focus first on the mindset change whatever the level and profile (technical, marketing and management) and it works!

My energy and positive thinking contribute to smooth transitions, bringing autonomy and motivation in the teams.
