I've been granted the opportunity to write and contribute to required global training for sales professionals and leaders. Awards like Platinum Club, Gold Club, Champion Award (twice), and National ATU Gold Standard Excellence Award have been humbling acknowledgments of my efforts and contributions. As MSFT HLS US Social Selling Lead, I create newsletters, webinars and content for all of our healthcare teams, partners and customers while working closely with marketing and recruiting efforts to optimize processes and engagement.

Beyond my role at Microsoft, I extend my expertise as a strategic advisor to multiple companies. My dedication to sharing knowledge led me to write four best-selling books, which have resonated with professionals seeking valuable insights into sales and leadership.

A firm believer in the power of communication and collaboration, I host a podcast and co-host two others—Connected Teamwork and Social Selling for Newbies, the latter ranking in the top 25% of all podcasts.
