Podcast Episode

I'm a father, a husband, an executive sales & leadership coach, a speaker, and a business leader who is the same person in and out of work.

As a sales & leadership coach, I help companies realize the power and impact that humility, vulnerability, and curiosity have on internal and external relationship building. I help leaders remove unsaid fear from their culture, which helps retain and attract employees. My debut book titled "Win The Relationship; Not the Deal" (January 2020) (https://amzn.to/3ek4Rqn) will provide you and your team with six principles to win new and existing relationships.

Also, I host a weekly podcast for fathers called The QB Dad Cast, which allows fathers to learn from other fathers and improve their leadership skills inside their homes. In each episode, dads will leave with takeaways to be vulnerable and find creative ways to improve their mindset and overall leadership skills. (http://www.caseyjacox.com/podcast)

Over my entire career, adversity has always made me stronger. Blessed to have a positive attitude, I always look at life through the eyes of an optimist. I love to meet new people and have an intense passion for building relationships – authentic and long-lasting relationships. I love to laugh and make those around me laugh; if we are not having fun, why do we go to work? I love to empower people to achieve more than they think they are capable of. I thrive on competition, and I am constantly pushing myself and others to compete so that our clients will win by receiving our best effort. Giving back is a huge part of my life. You have to pay it forward so that you are open to receiving it in the future. Every day we are judged by who we are or what we do.

I love changing perceptions and thoroughly enjoy opportunities to educate customers – showing them how we can truly help them achieve their business goals.

I love to read, do old man CrossFit, play golf, and most importantly, spend time with my family. If you’d like to connect with me, please email me at [email protected]
