Cassie is the Vice President of Sales for Smith | Grant Real Estate specializing in the Charleston, SC market. Cassie and her family currently reside on James Island and love living near Folly Beach. With her passion for all things Real Estate, her experience in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate brings a unique knowledge to help you buy or sell your home or look for investment properties. The most rewarding part of her job is studying and analyzing the real estate market to better serve her clients, so put her experience to work for you!
Cassie brings a very organized and analytical approach to her role in every transaction and makes it her priority to concern herself with the small details in order to make your buying or selling experience pleasurable. She dedicates time to encouraging and motivating people any chance that she gets. She does this in many ways, whether it is through an organization, or in personal settings because it brings her great joy and fulfillment. She focuses most of her time on two of her favorite local community organizations, Habitat for Humanity and East Cooper Community Outreach. She is proud to be involved in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and enjoys the sense of community and camaraderie these special women provide in the commercial real estate industry.
During Cassie’s time off she enjoys fishing, traveling and spending time with her husband and son.
