I’m Catherine Richards. My friends and colleagues call me Cat.

I fell into design through my fascination with people and my passion for Experience and Design - not many people really LOVE their job but I’m one of the lucky ones!

I run the Customer Design Practice in Tesco Bank, where I work with an extremely talented bunch of designers on projects, which we believe make a real difference in customers’ lives. I believe that good design is obvious but great design is invisible.
