With over 13 years experience of operating in various People & Talent roles mainly in technology, professional services, retail and media agencies. I predominately work with C-Suite/Leadership and Senior Talent professionals to create and deliver high growth alongside a focus on performance & process improvements and retention strategies.

I'm currently responsible for building out one of NashSquared's newest service line Spinks on Site - this includes overseeing everything from building and maturing the service line, with internal and external responsibilities such as acting as Talent Director for our clients and the management and development of a team of Talent Managers and Talent Partners.

I enjoy being involved in the wider talent community as I find it a great way to learn and stay on top of industry trends, insights and case studies.

My involvement includes; judge for in house recruitment awards (24), main stage host for in house recruitment London live (22 & 23), live lounge host for RecFest (23), twice as a speaker on Hung Lee's Brainfood and various other events and podcasts including NatWest's accelerator programme.

Key Achievements:

- Placed Silver and Bronze for RPO Team of the Year (2023 and 2022) and silver for Tech Hiring Team of the Year (2023)
- Collaborated with global and national businesses such as Grant Thornton, Klarna, Couchbase, Multiverse and Balfour Beatty
- Member of the Resourcing Leaders 100 (RL100) Advisory Council, contributing to special projects for the talent industry. Such as lobbying against government and successfully obtaining an extension in re-introducing the right to work checks
- Identified as 1 of 24 top talent within 3,000+ global employees to join the prestigious NashSquared Global Leaders Programme
- Certified in Change Management, Project Management (Agile Foundation and Prince2), and Employer Branding
- Managed talent solution teams from 3 to 22 across entry level to leadership. People have been based in the UK (London, Manchester, Hull, Brighton, Sheffield), Europe (Paris, Warsaw, Cracow, Stockholm) and Asia (Bangalore). I have also collaborated with key stakeholders in the US, Vietnam, Ireland and Scotland.
