As the Head of Social Media at Standard Chartered, I lead a global team of social experts who manage and optimise the bank's social channels, content, paid media, and employee advocacy programme.

With more than 15 years of experience in digital marketing, I have a strong track record of delivering strategic, data-driven, and innovative campaigns and projects that enhance the brand and performance.

I'm passionate about using digital marketing and communications to engage, and inspire people, and to drive positive business, social, and environmental impact. I'm a LinkedIn Top Voice, a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, a certified LinkedIn marketer, and an inbound marketing professional.

Some of my achievements include:

• Delivering two large global corporate website projects and effectively managing the sites
• Rolling out an internal social network to 80,000+ employees
• Advising executives on their online approach, resulting in two listings in the top 20 FTSE100 execs using social, and a LinkedIn Top Voice in finance
• Being directly responsible for taking a brand from its first social media account to over 2.67 million followers (8.2mn globally), driving data-led strategy, content creation, brand, and risk management.
