Best advice I was every given was to always ask questions and encourage those around to do the same. This prepped me to look for ways to turn eCommerce on its head through pushing the envelope of what's "the norm" for channels or categories. I wake up everyday to test new (even Beta) marketing opportunities to give our customers a better experience and more importantly work cross functionally to not just achieve our individual goals but innovate through non-traditional collaborations to better the company as a whole.
