Chris Ridley

I'm a performance-driven digital marketer with 4+ years of experience on both the client-side and agency-side in a wide range of industries.

While I have experience in SEO, content creation and traditional forms of marketing, I specialise in Paid Advertising with a particular passion and love-hate relationship with Paid Search advertising (eg. Google Ads & Microsoft Ads).

I'm also an advocator and instigator of positive workplace environments and inclusive and welcoming work cultures. As a voluntary Mental Health First Aider and Evoluted's Happiness & Wellbeing Officer, I do what I can to ensure my colleagues (and future employees) feel welcomed and safe, while doing my best to make sure everyone feels heard and catered for.

Finally, I've recently begun Public Speaking at conferences and meetup events, with interests in talking about the following topics Digital Marketing (in particular Paid Advertising) and Mental Health & Positive Workplaces.
