I am a customer centric, chief executive with over 25 years of experience leading omni-channel and direct-to-consumer businesses ranging from $250M to $1B in revenue with Fortune 500 brands including Old Navy and Victoria’s Secret, and mid-stage private enterprises. Known for my ability to translate insights into business strategies, I have extensive product development, digital commerce and retail operations experience.
While the majority of my career has been in retail merchandising and general management roles, I have also driven large scale technology infrastructure projects and e-commerce re-platforms as a subject matter expert, business partner advisor, business strategist and executive sponsor.
The revolution occurring within the retail industry is my current obsession. Digital commerce, the globalization of once regional brands, an ever evolving customer landscape and the advent of big data, advanced analytics and Ai are all driving fundamental transformation in the industry. And are also the things that get me excited everyday about being in this business.
I am fortunate that in my current role as Co-CEO of PATTERN Beauty I get to live my passion everyday and promote increased diversity and representation in the beauty industry.
