As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager for PowerSchool I assist school district administrators with software product issues, services and renewal contracts. My role is to ensure the overall health of the customer through account management and building customer relationships. Prior to moving into the ed-tech sector my 12 years in law enforcement provided experience with software implementation, training and consulting on product adoption for a jail management and records system. Assisting in the change management process and the writing of Standard Operating Procedures, I worked with stakeholders from different departments within the Sheriffs Office for buy in and collaboration.. In both previous and current positions I have trained new employees on software and process/ procedures.
