I am a project manager and product owner whose work has impacting tens of thousands of individuals in the higher ed space over the last 18+ years. I have extensive experience in managing complex systems, overseeing large-scale events, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. I am comfortable with both linear and iterative management styles, experienced with managing multiple long-term projects at once that contain several work streams and impact stakeholders at all levels of an organization. In order to further my project management skills, I completed the Google Project Management Certificate, and I am already applying the tools and skills to my current role as a product owner and Cvent application administrator.
I pay close attention to the details to ensure my projects reach their goals. I am a cross-functional collaborator, communicator, and strategic thinker passionate about providing successful, high-quality experiences.
My career objective has always been to help others - whether that be through direct service or designing impactful programs or services. I love to learn new skills and technology to help my team deliver the best possible experience to our clients in fast-paced, high-volume work environments.
I hope to take the transferrable skills I've gained in project and program management, product ownership, user experience, operations, onboarding, and customer success to a role where I can blend my passion for helping others with my strengths in building and executing exceptional projects and programs.
Outside of work, my interests include movie and games nights with my family, cheering on my son at Little League, being involved in my community, reading, word puzzles, channeling my dad's Mr. Fix-It mentality to teach myself home improvement skills, and aspiring to be a gardener.
