Previously a Senior Marketing Manager for 360insights where I managed digital properties, including the corporate website and Uberflip Resource Library. My role includes coordinating graphics, digital collateral, and website and resource analytics for Demand Generation, as well as recording and editing voiceovers during video creation for Sales Enablement.
My journey to 360insights began in 2006 when I joined Perks as a web designer and creator. My development team managed themed client sites and branded collateral work that was crucial in the advancement to Perks Marketing. Beginning in 2015, I completed advanced training in website and digital marketing analytics reporting. Marketing automation became a mainstay of my career, with establishing and using platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot and Salesforce.
I utilized this opportunity to sharpen my unique ability to use story telling with data to help teams make data-driven decisions. Joining my lived experience with my background of visual design and fascination with the psychological workings of human behavior, I create the tangible tactics of a strategy, including the graphics, videos, web pages and emails, while also implementing, monitoring and measuring their performance. During my time with them, Perks expanded its offerings from Employee Incentive Programs to Channel Incentives Automation, eventually rebranding to Perks WorldWide before being acquired by 360insights.
I enjoy working for small companies where I get to collaborate with developers, account managers, and sales people, as my previous roles included all of those pieces. I find bringing this specific background knowledge into communication with my teammates quickly breaks down barriers and facilitates problem-solving. According to colleagues, I often have unique perspectives, prefer to understand the bigger picture and like to be efficient in taking calculated risks.
