With 20 years of leadership experience traversing Sales, Support, Marketing and Partner I have first-hand experience of the complete customer engagement cycle and how to drive cross-functional collaboration internally and externally.
I am an advocate of promoting diversity in technology and leadership with a real passion for supporting women as they navigate their careers in tech. It is so important that we have open dialogue to raise awareness of the challenges women face, the business impact of not addressing those challenges and the simple steps we can take to start to tackle them.
