Problems are often solved through either scientific or creative approaches. I am always aiming to find solutions that are a mix of both.
This approach has enabled some of the accomplishments in my career, including:
-Milestone acquisition of 20 person start-up of Bold Software, LLC by LogMeIn Inc. in 2012
-Building domestic and international professional services teams and consultancy practices
-Building a program and culture of engagement from the ground up for a +$1Bn company across a portfolio of 15 unique products & brands.
-Strategic product and business acquisition of Bold360 by Genesys Inc. in 2021
-Manage strategy and roadmap for a leading digital engagement and AI SaaS platform, including various product launches for Enterprise and SMB customers in retail, financial services, and telecommunication companies across the globe.
With a passion for product, brand, and experience, I am always looking for opportunities where I can help influence these areas.
Outside of enterprise tech product management, I also own and operate GOOD TASTE Records, an independent record store focused on music for DJs, collectors, and anyone who appreciates music in physical formats. Having been a vinyl DJ for the past 15+ years, I utilize my experience in both the musical and digital industries to help operate and provide a business that I would want to shop at personally so that others can have the type of experience that I have been evangelizing throughout my career.
