I have deep M&A expertise including Planful’s recent acquisition of Plannuh, to create seamless collaboration between CMOs and CFOs by allowing each to manage planning and performance the way they operate.
Prior to joining Planful, I served as the CFO for MarkLogic where I guided the company through transformation, add-on M&A, and growth. I’ve served in a variety of management roles for high-growth companies, including at Planful as CFO, following the acquisition by Vector Capital in late 2018. I’m also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and hold a B.S. and Masters from the University of Missouri, where I graduated with honors.
