Nearly 15 years ago, I landed my first “big kid” job as a Leasing Agent. Those humble beginnings of blowing up balloons, picking up trash along the tour route, and hosting countless Wine Down Wednesdays served me well as I climbed the corporate ladder to SVP of Marketing. Throughout my career, I’ve led hundreds of initiatives to create, define, and execute seamless marketing solutions, honing my skills in multifamily rental housing across the Sun Belt. Those experiences encouraged me to partner with retailers, hotels, restaurants, philanthropic groups, convention centers, and more to build a multi-faceted resume.
My most recent venture took a boutique firm to the top 12 among the largest property managers while growing a marketing department to 24 team members, managing $30M in annual ad spend, and curating an in-house profit center grossing millions in ancillary revenue since inception.
So yep, I know what I’m doing.
