Daniel Berlind

Daniel Berlind is a real estate executive and the CEO of Snappt, a data-driven fraud detection software that instantly prevents financial fraud in the multi-family housing industry. In 2017,
Dan co-founded Snappt after running his own property management company and noticing a
significant, industry-wide financial issue in the multi-family rental industry. As a
result, he launched Snappt, which provides proprietary software that aids and streamlines
the apartment rental process by reducing bad debt, increasing asset value, and minimizing
application review time. In addition to Snappt, Daniel serves as the President of Berlind
Properties and oversees the management of the portfolio and daily activities.

Previously, Daniel was a professional baseball player for the Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Twins after attending California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Today, Dan continues to grow Snappt’s operations, technology, and sales efforts.
