Having started my career at the market-leading floorcare manufacturer, Vax Ltd. as an online data analyst, I successfully progressed to the role of Ecommerce Manager and was put in sole control of the key business objective of significant Ecommerce growth. I was then promoted to the role of CRM Manager to head up the project to deliver the company’s first CRM system. As a graduate of Loughborough University reading Social Psychology and Statistics, my strengths lie in data management and analysis. Since moving to Nespresso, I have been able to further my knowledge and experience in CRM and loyalty marketing for what is one of the best luxury brands in the market. CRM is at the heart of Nespresso's business model and I feel my skills have developed greatly since joining. This coupled with Nespresso's strong, luxury brand status has given me a fantastic platform for a long and fruitful career in CRM.
