VISIBILITY - Most businesses don't have a product problem, they have an awareness problem. No one knows they exist, they don't have any lead flow, so they don't have enough clients or revenue. Fix the visibility, grow the business.
IMPLEMENT SYSTEMS - Systems allow you to free up your time so you can work ON the business, not IN the business.
EXPAND YOUR IMPACT - Once you've built out all of the systems, you can grow and reach even more people, find a greater purpose, and get even more fulfillment from your work.
