Dave is a knowledge management and digital transformation leader with the proven ability to drive digital and organizational change programs that result in revenue growth and cost efficiencies. Throughout his 25+ years of experience, he has largely focused on knowledge management and has helped shape the maturation of the discipline in the professional services industry.
In 2019, the American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC) honored his accomplishments in their inaugural Excellence in Knowledge Management award at the enterprise level (one of four award winners), and again in 2023 (one of six, out of 400+ organizations), highlighting Dave’s vision, leadership, and commitment to building and leading world-class KM organizations.
In addition to overseeing both US and Global knowledge management teams, Dave’s experience includes leading a successful enterprise-wide digital transformation including the implementation of digital workspaces and multiple mobile apps to support innovation, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies. He also served as the knowledge management lead for firm acquisitions, overseeing the migration and IP integration activities associated with the acquired company. Dave designed and implemented a multi-year expansion of overseas operations to multiple international locations resulting in a highly integrated and optimized operating model.
