I am an experienced product owner/manager with over seven years of product owernership and management, platform, process and service design experience. My strengths include ideation and process improvement. I am an idea person with the ability to execute.
I enjoy analyzing existing processes and procedures or creating new ones to determine the best solution, be it a new tool or process change that will support the maximum effectiveness and efficiency of the process. I like to ask the Why and answer the How.
I thrive in environments where I can interface with business partners to listen to concerns, ideas and suggestions on how to improve processes and tools, as well as use these conversations to gather and define requirements to will help teams be more effective and efficient.
I took a five-year break to fulfill a personal finance passion of starting a business. I am now eager to return to one of my other passions; helping teams and businesses improve through better technology.
