As a former licensed mortgage originator, I am as well versed in the finance aspect of the purchase process as I am the contractual aspect. Because I understand the credit aspect of the buying process better than most agents, I am particularly comfortable with first time buyers. I also excel at assisting buyers in preparing their homes for sale, and marketing the listings once they are active.
