Significant hands on experience of designing and executing campaigns and customer experience through digital channels using and understanding complex data, campaign & decision management tools – Campaign Manager, DV360, Data Studio, Magento, Treasure Data, Dot Digital
• Strong background in media and communications, along with brand-led customer acquisition, engagement & retention strategies – record YoY increase in brand metrics increasing unaided awareness by 3%
