Dean Brenner has 20+ years of experience as an executive coach, corporate trainer, business owner and entrepreneur.
Dean is CEO and Founder of The Latimer Corporation, which consists of two businesses: The Latimer Group, which provides communication skills coaching and training services for corporations, and LatimerNext, which provides communication skills coaching and training services for individuals.
Dean is an accomplished public speaker who provides keynote speeches for many of his clients at industry conferences, and company and team gatherings.
He is also a published author, with three titles to his name. His most recent book, “Persuaded” was published in October 2020. He previously published “Sharing the Sandbox: Building and Leading World-Class Teams in the 21st Century" (May 2012) and "Move the World: Persuade Your Audience, Change Minds and Achieve Your Goals" (April 2007). Dean served as the Chairman and Team Leader of the US Olympic Sailing Program, from 2005-2012. He led the organization responsible for all aspects of funding, selection and performance for the US Olympic, Paralympic and Youth World Teams.
