After a 20-year career rising through the ranks to become a leader at a Fortune 100 company, I knew how much potential our inequitable workplace cultures were leaving behind. I founded Culture Refinery to empower leaders to create more inclusive, culture-first approaches to DEI, leadership, and talent development.

As an executive coach, my one-on-one and group coaching programs support minority and women leaders and entrepreneurs as they navigate their careers. Early in this journey, I recognized that individual development and support can only go so far when the system is working against them.

Our unique process meets at the intersection of DEI and professional development using strategic analysis, strengths and neuroscience-based coaching, and research-backed training to support meaningful, lasting change.
