With a deep passion for Customer Experience (CX), social media, and digital marketing, I've spent over three decades in the industry collaborating with exceptional brands like AT&T, McDonald's, Wells Fargo, and FedEx to refine their customer experience strategies. Currently, I'm consulting with major brands to elevate their CX practices, helping them realize the change necessary to adapt to the evolving consumer landscape.

Throughout my career, I've shared my expertise as a guest speaker at prestigious universities and as a digital marketing instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In 2021, I founded TEAM Wakabayashi, a group of skilled professionals dedicated to assisting business leaders and celebrities in amplifying their digital presence and making a positive impact. I'm proud to serve as the CX influencer for Expo 2020 Dubai, Chairman for Africa's largest Customer Experience Event, and Chairman for Reauter's CX Events in the US. With a growing community of over 70,000 like-minded professionals on social media, I'm grateful for the connections and opportunities to learn from one another.
