I love growing teams. Building relationships, coaching people and bringing method to madness are three common things that I have focused my craft on throughout my 15+ year career. Combining pragmatic strategy and deep operational discipline with a heavy dose of trust and authenticity, I bring humans together to jointly create new possibilities. I am a problem solver by nature and nurture. With a background in engineering and management consulting I have lead large transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies working on their most pressing strategic issues.
In my service of others, I have lead and inspired numerous customer-focused teams big and small with the singular purpose to enhance our experience for our customers. I deliver results but ultimately I value the deep relationships I forge through the lives I have touched along the way. Together is always better.
Currently, I have the privilege of leading Wave’s customer success teams helping the organization exponentially scale and grow to serve the dynamic needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Giving back to the community is core to my DNA. In what spare time I have left chasing after two energetic boys at home, I dedicate my energy to help build a more compassionate and empathetic world as a peer support counsellor and advocate for Sunnybrook Hospital's Pregnancy & Infant Loss Network.
