For more than 5 years in Global Payments, I have implemented cost cutting payment and financial solutions to both Global and National accounts. By being a part of a midsized company with a heavy international presence, I have had the experience to deal with local small, medium, national and global retailers. The experience has been invaluable to my understanding of the different needs of every kind of clientele.

As a Team Leader, everything from exploring new opportunities to increase revenue to, building/up training a talented team of employees dedicated to servicing the needs of Canadian National and French accounts could be part of my day. I am a firm believer especially with an extremely competitive market that customers come first and all promises made will be delivered without setbacks.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
After a Global Payments security breach in early 2012, it caused many uncertainty and relationships to repair with both our clients, vendors and partners. Armed with improved security measures and improved delivery of customized financial reporting, we have been able to retain all of our Canadian National accounts.

Prior to Global Payments, I have closed a $30 million cement deal between the buyer and seller as an agent which helped in generated nearly $1.5 million US on commission. I have also managed and marketed various commercial and residential properties.
