I am a proud Aboriginal woman from Gunggari country South West Queensland. Currently I freelance as a digital illustration artist and work part-time as a Project Officer, Queensland University of Technology, Oodgeroo Unit.
I have had the opportunity to include to my portfolio projects such as; cover artwork ‘My Spare Heart’ (published) by Jared Thomas, CSIRO STEM Academy for Young Indigenous Women Mentor / Art workshop host, NIKE Pacifica Reconciliation Action Plan artwork, Adobe x WNBL, Brisbane Street Art Festival and more.
My artwork aims to empower young Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander woman whilst sharing my own connection to culture & country. I make digital art which reflects my Indigenous heritage and have an active hand in the preservation of my culture and background through working with my family members and connecting with the community.
At QUT my role includes the coordination and management of the Keystones of Success tutorial assistance program available for First Nations students.
