Hi! Glad you looked me up! My passion is for improving the talent space and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. I always aim to tell it like it is and not sugarcoat anything.
Over the past couple of years, my work has been focused on ensuring that leaders have the tools in their arsenal to move the needle on diversity hiring and work toward becoming an anti-racist organization.
I am also a leader in the RPO talent space, and right now, my focus is on talent operations, which includes system and process, recruiter, and client success.
My ultimate goal is to be a business partner to internal stakeholders and a coach and mentor to leaders, employees, and potential employees. I do this by backing all of my work with strategy and data.
In my speaking engagements and content, I talk about how we can care for ourselves better, be stronger leaders, have empathy at work, and increase inclusivity and belonging in the workplace.
