I'm a strategic marketing leader who thinks about where we're going to be in one, five, and ten years --and figures out how to get there.

I'm particularly passionate about building new businesses, and I gravitate toward environments that are fast-moving and nimble. This is why I've spent a lot of time in start-ups and several years at LinkedIn during it's hyper-growth phase, building the LinkedIn Sales Solutions business from infancy to category leadership.

I also happen to love disruptive technologies that positively impact the human experience. This led me to my last role at HireVue, where we transformed the way companies hire talent fairly. And now I'm at ChartHop, where we are pursuing a mission to make the workplace more transparent.

I truly enjoy building, leading, and retaining great teams. My philosophy is to hire for the right mix of experience and potential, invest in coaching, and create the conditions for my team's success.
