I started my journey in the world of business selling computers and its parts to friends and family (+5% for family of course) and then to corporate companies of various sizes. Not long after, I found my way into the world of programming where I had the opportunity to engage with business users and problem solve on a daily basis.
Then 7+ years ago, the passion for retail took hold where I focused my Business Analytical skills and Project Management experience to deliver to a fast and changing environment. I learnt to understand the focused attention our customers needed and adapted IT’s approach when I stepped up as IT Manager. I continued the journey in aiming to deliver the ultimate customer experience both by rolling out eCommerce sites and in-store technology with the business.
I have thrived on the rapid change and opportunities afforded to me throughout my time in retail. As the world of retail continues to evolve, I look forward with anticipation of what new opportunities and challenges exist in the endeavor to deliver the ultimate consumer journey.
