At the center of nearly every job I've held has been my natural tendency to train others by creating engaging content. Whether it's facilitating a career readiness workshop or designing an online career exploration course, I've leveraged my skills in instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), microlearning, and eLearning to create trainings, programs, and courses that drive learners toward practical skill-building and behavioral change.
As I transition to Instructional Design, my goal is to leverage data to solve performance problems and create learning solutions that empower adult learners to recognize their strengths, achieve their goals, and mobilize their full talents.
