I am a big-picture thinker, able to see all the moving parts of a system and optimize them. This allows me to quickly build strong communities by engaging with people and understanding their strengths and interests. I love tackling a new project by identifying and interviewing stakeholders and coming up with innovative solutions to solve problems, streamline process, automate, and improve. I am also adept at learning and mastering new technologies and understanding how they can support my goals.
