As Product Manager in HCL Software, aside from setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the product, I am also focused on cloud-centered projects, supporting the GTM organisation (sales, client directors, client partners...) and partners to empower and enable our customers' digital and cloud transformation.
I drive to achieve: where others see risks, I see challenges and opportunities to reach the next step, leveraging cross-functional communication and bringing execution accountability. I am not afraid to take the lead and jump in when needed, setting clear scopes, and getting stakeholders engaged not only to be informed but to be part of the goal and committed to the success of the plan, leading them by influence rather than authority.
In general, I feel comfortable in dealing with ambiguity: so I adapt, adopt and facilitate change.
